以往研究从消费者感知的角度和产品的角度详细研究了感知质量的单一和综合影响因素,但并未从新产品入市的动态过程进行研究。本研究在回顾和总结文献的基础上,对消费者信息进行外生和内源信息的分类,并依据韦伯定律的扩展应用,继续进一步探讨新产品入市的动态变化进程中(首次购买、重复购买、长期购买阶段)消费者感知质量的主影响要素。
In the past, the single and comprehensive factors of perceived quality were studied in detail from the perspective of consumer perception and product perspective, but not from the dynamic process of new product entering the market. Based on the review and summary of the literature, this study classifies the exogenous and endogenous information of consumer information and continues to further explore the dynamic process of new product entering the market (first-time purchase, repeat-purchase , Long-term purchase phase) the main impact of consumer perception of quality elements.
