微胶囊相变储能石膏基建筑材料制备及性能研究

采用界面聚合的方法,以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和乙二醇(EG)为反应单体,非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP-10)为乳化剂,合成以相变石蜡为囊芯聚氨酯为囊壁的微胶囊。利用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究其表观形貌及热性能,其表面光滑,具有良好的热性能。将微胶囊以掺量为20%质量比例与建筑石膏复合,制成轻质相变潜热材料,通过温度循环试验表明:微胶囊相变储热石膏基建筑材料具有显著的储(放)热能力和良好的耐久性。 Using the method of interfacial polymerization, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and ethylene glycol (EG) as the reaction monomer, the nonionic surfactant polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether Emulsifier, the synthesis of phase change of paraffin for the core of the capsule wall polyurethane capsule. The temperature cycling test showed that the microcapsule phase change heat storage gypsum-based building material has significant storage (releasing) heat capacity And good durability.
