目的:分析药学服务在2型糖尿病合并高血压治疗中的价值.方法:选取2019年6～12月徐州市中医院门诊收治的110例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各55例.对照组为常规用药指导,观察组为药学服务,对比两种不同服务方式下血糖、血压和治疗依从度.结果:治疗前,两组患者血糖均较高(P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血糖水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗前,两组血压差异较小(P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血压低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患者治疗依从度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:为接受2型糖尿病合并高血压治疗的患者提供药学服务时可有效控制患者血压、血糖水平,提升治疗依从度,有应用价值.“,”To analyze the value of pharmaceutical care in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension. Methods: A total of 110 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension who were admitted to the outpatient clinic of Xuzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and the random pellet method was divided into 55 patients each in the control group and 55 patients each in the observation group, the control group was given routine medication guidance, the observation group was given pharmacy services, and the blood glucose, blood pressure and treatment adherence were compared between two different service modes.Results:Before treatment, the blood glucose of the two groups were higher (P＞ 0.05); after treatment, the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05); the blood pressure difference between the two groups before treatment was small (P＞ 0.05); the blood pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05); the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Pharmaceutical care can effectively control the blood pressure and blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension, and improve the treatment compliance, which has application value.
