采用不同的负载制备方法、改变其活性组分的负载量、γ-Al2O3的加入顺序以及加入助剂制备一系列的MoP/γ-Al2O3催化剂,对催化剂进行了表征,并与催化剂活性相关联。结果表明:不同的负载制备方法、活性组分的负载量对催化剂活性影响比较大;而载体γ-Al2O3加入顺序对MoP/γ-Al2O3催化剂表面物种有一定的影响,从而影响催化剂的活性;助剂Ni能较大地提高催化剂的催化活性。 A series of MoP / γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by different methods of loading, changing the loadings of active components, adding order of γ-Al2O3 and adding additives. The catalysts were characterized and correlated with the activity of catalysts. The results showed that the loadings of active components had a great influence on the catalyst activity under different load preparation methods. However, the addition order of carrier γ-Al2O3 had some influence on the surface species of MoP / γ-Al2O3 catalyst, which affected the activity of catalyst. Ni agent can greatly improve the catalytic activity of the catalyst.
