目前,叶酸与上皮细胞非典型增生和癌前期上皮细胞变化的关系越来越被重视,有证据显示叶酸能逆转子宫颈、支气管和结肠的非典型增生.为此,我院自1993年12月起对40例萎缩性胃炎用叶酸治疗进行三个月疗效观察,治疗前后以胃镜胃粘膜活检病理并结合症状进行分析.
