我们在一汽的换型产品6102发动机的生产准备中,改进了组合机床用的延伸轴和丝锥卡头,取得了较好的效果,现介绍如下。一、延伸轴的改进及合理选用一台组合机床的每个动力头都有几根甚至几十根延伸轴,用以连接刀具和传递动力,调整刀其的转向尺寸,为刀具贮存备磨量和导向,保证加工精度。常用的延伸轴有三种形式(图1 Ⅰ型 a、b、c)。从图1中可以看出,这三种延伸轴的结构基本相同,都是由延伸杆、调整螺母、锁紧螺钉和键组成。延伸杆上车有螺距为2~3mm的梯形螺纹,沿轴线方向铣有4个均布的顶丝槽。这三种延伸轴的区别是:a 种不起导向作用;b 种和 c 种起导向作用。
