采用煅烧的方法处理废弃的活性氧化铝,以改变其内部的结构,提高其活性,从而达到再生利用的目的。运用控制变量的实验方法,通过多组实验找出最佳的煅烧温度和保温时间。实验方法操作简单,方便应用于工业生产。分析实验结果得到最佳的煅烧温度为550,最佳的保温时间为2h,其对应比表面积最大242.2 m~2/g,此时的活性最高。
Abandoned activated alumina is calcined to change its internal structure and improve its activity so as to achieve the purpose of recycling. Using experimental methods of control variables, we found the best calcination temperature and holding time through a series of experiments. Experimental method is simple, easy to apply to industrial production. The best calcination temperature is 550, the best holding time is 2h and the corresponding specific surface area is 242.2 m ~ 2 / g, the highest activity is obtained.
