张福铭,笔名鲁剑,山东省沂蒙山人。1950年生,1982年毕业于石家庄军事教育学院,并留校任校刊杂志社美术编辑、摄影记者,1994年转业。曾就读广州美术学院国画系研修班、首都师范大学中国书法文化研究院硕士研究生课程班、中国美协花鸟画高研班、中国书协李双阳导师工作室、天津美术学院贾宝珉导师工作室、中国国家画院詹庚西导师工作室。多年来,得到恩师欧阳中石先生的亲切教诲和著名书画家赵久长、周彦生、方楚雄、贾宝珉、霍春阳、王培东、刘守安、李双阳、詹庚西等导师的精心指导。现为中国书画研究院常务副院长、中国书法美术家协会副主席、中国书画学会副主席、中国书法研究院艺委会委员、中国画家协会理事、中国民俗摄影协会硕学会士、中央文史研究馆书画院南方分院书画家、广东省人民政府文史研究馆馆员、岭南国画院副院长、广东省民俗文化研究会副会长、广东省书法家协会会员、广东省美术家协会会员、广东省摄影家协会会员,《神州民俗》、《中华书画坛》杂志社副总编。享受国务院政府特殊津贴。在《国际日报》、《中国书画研究》、《中国书画报》、《羲之书画报》、《人民日报》、《解放军画报》、《解放军报》、《新闻与成才》、《书法导报》、《科教文汇》、《神州民俗》、《神州收藏家》、《书画世界》等40多家报刊作了专题报道。曾30余次参加省以上书画作品展览并获奖,发表作品1300余幅,10幅书法作品被翰园碑林、黄河碑林、尚志碑林刻字制碑。已出版《军旅画家十人作品集》、《张福铭画集》、《鲁剑书画集》、《张福铭书画集》。传略、作品入选《中国当代书画篆刻家大辞典》、《中国书画家大辞典》、《中国风·杰出人物特集》、《中国当代书画艺术鉴赏》、《中国现代书法大系》、《中国美术作品集》等53部辞书。广东省电视台为其拍摄了“四栖艺术家”专集,在新闻频道和移动频道每次10分钟连播了10天。近年来,作品入选广东美协50周年大展、广东省第7届书画摄影大展和广东改革开放30周年美术作品展览,分别获得铜奖和优秀奖。被授予慈善艺术家、21世纪世界华人书画艺术500杰、一级书画师等称号。8幅书画作品入选2012年度中国邮政珍藏版(个人专册)。在肇庆设立了书画作品展览馆,在北京、广州、花都设立了创作室。部分作品被美国、日本、韩国、港澳台等友人收藏。
Zhang Fu Ming, pen name Lu Jian, Yimeng Mountain, Shandong Province. Born in 1950, graduated from Shijiazhuang Military Institute in 1982, and remained as a school magazine editor and photographer. He moved to work in 1994. He attended Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts Chinese Painting Seminar, Capital Normal University, China Calligraphy and Cultural Institute master’s course classes, China Association of flowers and birds painting seminar, China Shuji Yang instructor studio, Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts Jia Baomin instructor studio, China National Gallery Zhan Geng West mentor studio. Over the years, he has been kindly taught by his teacher Ouyang Zhongshi and the meticulous guidance of famous painters such as Zhao Jiuchang, Zhou Yansheng, Fang Chuxiong, Jia Baomin, Huo Chunyang, Wang Pei Dong, Liu Shouan, Li Shuangyang and Zhan Gengxi. Currently, he is the executive vice president of China Academy of calligraphy and painting, vice chairman of Chinese Calligraphy Artists Association, vice chairman of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Society, member of Art Committee of Chinese Calligraphy Research Institute, director of Chinese Painter Association, master of Chinese Folk Photography Association, Museum Calligraphy and Painting Southern Branch painter, Guangdong Provincial People’s Government Literature Research Museum Librarian, Lingnan Painting Academy Vice President, Guangdong Provincial Folk Culture Research Association, Guangdong Province Calligraphers Association, Guangdong Artists Association, Guangdong Provincial Photographers Association, “Folk”, “Chinese calligraphy and painting” magazine deputy editor. Enjoy the special government allowance of the State Council. In the “International Journal”, “Chinese painting and calligraphy research”, “Chinese calligraphy and painting newspaper”, “Xi calligraphy”, “People’s Daily”, “PLA Daily”, “Liberation Army Daily”, “Journalism and talent” More than 40 newspapers and periodicals, including Science and Education Wenhui, China Folk Custom, Shenzhou Collectors, and Calligraphy and Painting World, made special reports. More than 30 times to participate in the province above the painting and calligraphy exhibition and award-winning, published works of more than 1300 pieces, 10 calligraphy is John Park Beilin, Beilin of the Yellow River, Shang Shi tablet engraved stone monument. Guangdong Provincial Television Station filmed its album “Four Seasons Artists”, piling 10 days on news channels and mobile channels for 10 days. In recent years, his works have been selected as the 50th Anniversary Exhibition of the Guangdong Artists Association, the 7th Calligraphy and Painting Photography Exhibition of Guangdong Province and the 30th Anniversary of Guangdong’s Reform and Opening-up Exhibition of Fine Arts Works. Bronze and Excellence Awards were respectively awarded. Was awarded the title of charity artist, Chinese world 21st century painting and calligraphy art 500, a calligraphy division and so on. Eight paintings and calligraphy works were selected for the 2012 China Postal Collector’s Edition (Personal Brochure).
