高性能芳纶纤维除了刚性芳环结构贡献外,分子链之间的氢键结构也对其性能有显著影响。本研究采用傅里叶红外光谱分析方法,对比了不同芳纶纤维的红外吸收峰与吸收强度的差异性,揭示不同芳纶纤维表观结晶性能的差异性。研究结果表明:所用的3种芳纶纤维化学结构并无明显差别,而吸收强度的不同很大程度来源于大分子链之间的氢键缔合程度的不同。本方法可以应用于其他含酰胺键的聚合物纤维研究工作。
In addition to the contribution of the rigid aromatic ring structure, high-performance aramid fibers also have a significant effect on the properties of the hydrogen bonding structure between the molecular chains. In this study, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to compare the difference between the infrared absorption peak and the absorption intensity of different aramid fibers, revealing the difference of the apparent crystallization properties of different aramid fibers. The results show that there is no obvious difference in the chemical structure of the three kinds of aramid fiber used, and the difference of absorption intensity is largely due to the difference of the hydrogen bonding degree between the macromolecular chains. This method can be applied to other amide bond-containing polymer fiber research.
