自行式高空作业平台后置式转向机构具有特殊性,以Ackermann转向机构作为研究对象,以外转向轮转向误差的绝对值为研究目标,对影响转向误差的3个变量进行影响度分析。通过绘制3个变量与转向误差的三维关系图,提出影响度系数,反映出3个变量影响转向误差的主次关系,为设计自行式高空作业平台后置式转向机构提供设计依据
The rear-mounted steering mechanism of self-propelled aerial work platform has particularity. Taking the Ackermann steering mechanism as the research object and the absolute value of the steering error of the steering wheel as the research objective, the influencing degree of the three variables affecting the steering error is analyzed. By plotting the three-dimensional relationship between the three variables and the steering error, the influence degree coefficient is proposed, which shows that the three variables affect the primary-secondary relationship of the steering error and provide the design basis for designing the rear steering mechanism of the self-propelled aerial work platform
