目的:研究半枝莲石油醚提取物体外抗肿瘤活性,并测定其成分。方法:甲基偶氮唑盐类(MTT)法研究该提取物对MGC-803细胞、K562细胞和HepG-2细胞的抑制作用;并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法测定其成分。结果:该部位对3种肿瘤细胞IC50分别为18.4,21.7,56.2mg·mL-1;该提取物主要含有不饱和脂肪酸、酯类及甾醇等成分,其中棕榈酸乙酯含量最高(23.53%)。结论:该提取物对3种肿瘤细胞均有抑制作用;半枝莲石油醚提取物中的主要抗肿瘤活性成分为不饱和脂肪酸和豆甾醇。
Objective: To study the anti-tumor activity of Scutellaria barbata extract in vitro and to determine its composition. Methods: MTT assay was used to study the inhibitory effect of this extract on MGC-803 cells, K562 cells and HepG-2 cells. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) . Results: The IC50 values of the three kinds of tumor cells in this site were 18.4, 21.7 and 56.2 mg · mL-1, respectively. The extract contained mainly unsaturated fatty acids, esters and sterols, among which the content of ethyl palmitate was the highest (23.53%). . CONCLUSION: The extract has inhibitory effect on all three kinds of tumor cells. The main anti-tumor active ingredients in Scutellaria barbata extract are unsaturated fatty acids and stigmasterol.
