任何组织都会经历生长、成长、成熟、衰亡的生命周期过程,示范高职院在建设成功后,面临后示范时期,只有充分运用组织生命周期理论,不断地反思并鞭策自己才能不断发展。文章通过分析传统高职院校战略管理的局限,并针对“后示范高职院”建设中存在的信息化建设理解有所偏差、疏于对学生考风考纪等相关事务的管理、对口单招培养过程中中高职培养衔接不畅、校企合作冷热不均四个方面的不足,提出理解信息化建设的内涵、以考试手段为抓手、针对中职学生的特点实施教学、实现校企的无缝对接与深度融合四个解决措施,具有一定的指导意义。
