近年来,幼儿哮喘患者有所增加。哮喘是一种过敏性疾病,是呼吸道吸入了可发生过敏反应的物质所引起。虽然过敏原种类极复杂,但90％以上的患者与空气尘埃中的真菌孢子和尘螨有关。 幼儿喜爱的布娃娃常是真菌孢子和尘螨大量生长繁殖吸附的重要场所。孩子们喜欢把布娃娃抱在怀中、亲在脸上,而布娃娃身上的真菌孢子和尘螨,则易被孩子吸入呼吸道,诱发哮喘。 为此,孩子玩的布娃娃应经常清洗除尘,并在阳光下暴晒。患有哮喘的儿童不宜玩布娃娃等布制玩具。
