当前我国正在大力构建社会主义和谐社会,企业作为社会的经济细胞,对和谐社会建设起着重要的作用。企业退休人员管理是企业实行社会化管理的重要工作,企业能否妥善安置离退休人员对企业的健康发展、社会的稳定具有重要意义。本文主要探讨了企业文化建设,认为将企业离退休人员作为切入点,加强对离退休人员的关注程度,践行以人为本理念可以为企业的发展壮大提供保障,符合社会主义和谐社会的内在要求。
At present, our country is vigorously building a socialist harmonious society. As the economic cells of the society, the enterprise plays an important role in the construction of a harmonious society. The management of enterprise retirees is an important work for enterprises to implement social management. It is of great significance for enterprises to properly place retirees on the healthy development of enterprises and the social stability. This paper mainly discusses the construction of enterprise culture, considers the enterprise retired staff as the starting point, strengthens the retired personnel’s attention level, practicing the people-oriented concept can provide the guarantee for the enterprise’s growth and development, conforms to the internal requirements of the socialist harmonious society.
