研究了2015年国内典型钢铁企业烧结矿的化学成分控制,并分析了不同原料条件下烧结矿的合理化学成分及其对烧结矿性能的影响规律。研究表明:国内典型钢铁企业烧结矿的铁品位较高,波动较小;除个别钢厂外,烧结矿Al_2O_3含量基本在1.60%~2.04%范围内;不同企业烧结矿SiO_2和FeO含量差异较大,但MgO含量均有降低趋势。烧结矿中适宜的SiO_2、FeO和Al_2O_3控制应降低烧结矿SiO_2和FeO含量,适当提高烧结矿碱度并使Al_2O_3/SiO_2尽量接近0.1~0.3,改善烧结矿条件使烧结矿中FeO以Fe_3O_4形式存在,增加烧结矿中Fe_3O_4与铁酸钙粘结相数量。低MgO烧结矿和镁质球团是未来炼铁发展的新方向,其既能满足高炉的冶炼要求,同时又改善了烧结矿和球团矿的各项性能指标。
The chemical composition control of sinter in typical domestic iron and steel enterprises in 2015 is studied. The reasonable chemical composition of sinter and its influence on sinter performance under different raw material conditions are analyzed. The results show that the sinter in the typical domestic iron and steel enterprises has higher iron grade and less fluctuation. The content of Al_2O_3 in the sinter is basically within the range of 1.60% ~ 2.04% except for individual steel mills. The content of SiO_2 and FeO in sinter from different enterprises is quite different , But MgO content decreased. The control of SiO_2, FeO and Al_2O_3 in sinter should decrease the content of SiO_2 and FeO in sinter, raise the basicity of sinter and make the content of Al_2O_3 / SiO_2 as close to 0.1 ~ 0.3 as possible, and improve the condition of sinter to make FeO exist in the form of Fe_3O_4 , Increase the amount of sintering phase Fe 3 O 4 and calcium ferrite bond phase. Low MgO sinter and magnesia pellets are the new direction for the future development of ironmaking. They not only meet the requirements of blast furnace smelting, but also improve various performance indexes of sinter and pellet.
