高校收支规模不断增长,对应的财务报销业务量也随之攀升,伴随校园信息化建设的大环境,为了缓解日益突出的“报账难”问题,我校于2015年初引进高校网络报销系统,该系统运行至今已有一年多,虽然能一定程度上提高财务报销效率,但仍有亟待改进的地方。为了更好的为全校师生服务,进一步提高网络报销效率,本文结合我校网络报销系统使用过程中出现的问题,从制度宣传、预算控制、审批效率、数据共享四个方面进行分析并提出相应的改进措施。
In order to alleviate the increasingly prominent problem of “reimbursement of accounts,” our school introduced the network reimbursement system of higher education institutions in early 2015. With the rapid development of university reimbursement system, The system has been in operation for more than a year. Although it can improve the efficiency of financial reimbursement to some extent, there is still room for improvement. In order to better serve the entire school teachers and students, and further improve the efficiency of network reimbursement, this paper combines the network reimbursement system used in our school problems arising from the system of publicity, budget control, approval efficiency, data sharing and analysis of four aspects of the corresponding Improvement measures.
