目的观察化瘀消肿方对实验性椎板切除术后硬膜外瘢痕组织中羟脯氨酸 (HOP)含量的影响。方法手术切除大耳白兔第 5腰椎椎板 ,造成 1 .2cm× 0 .5cm硬脊膜裸露区 ,随机分为 3组并采取不同的干预措施 :空白对照组 (BC组 )不作任何治疗 ;中频电对照组 (SC组 )用 0 .9%氯化钠液行低频脉冲治疗 ;加味桃核承气汤治疗组 (TH组 ) ,连续灌胃加味桃核承气汤 ;通痹液治疗组 (TB组 ) ,用通痹液行低频脉冲治疗。术后第 3、5、8周处死动物 ,检测其硬膜外瘢痕组织HOP含量。结果第 3周各组HOP含量差别无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ;第 5周SC、TH、TB组HOP含量低于BC组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;第 8周TH、TB组两组HOP含量无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但低于SC、BC组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;SC、BC、TH、TB组HOP含量随时相呈递增趋势 ,SC、BC组相邻时相间的差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但TH、TB组相邻时相间的差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,第 8周HOP的增量与第 3周比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论加味桃核承气汤和通痹液可抑制瘢痕组织中HOP含量的增加 ,减少模型兔硬膜外瘢痕组织的形成。
Objective To observe the effect of Huayu Xiaozhong Fang on the content of hydroxyproline (HOP) in epidural scar tissue after experimental laminectomy. Methods The 5th lumbar laminae of rabbits were surgically resected, resulting in 1.2 mm × 0.5 cm dura mater exposed area. They were randomly divided into 3 groups and different intervention measures were taken: The blank control group (BC group) did not undergo any treatment; The frequency control group (SC group) was treated with low-frequency pulse with 0.9% sodium chloride solution; Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction treatment group (TH group), continuous gavage plus flavored Taohe Chengqi Decoction; Tongfuye treatment group (TB group), using low-frequency pulse therapy for overnight treatment. Animals were sacrificed at 3, 5, and 8 weeks after surgery and their epidural scar tissue HOP content was measured. Results There was no significant difference in the content of HOP between the groups at the 3rd week (P > 0.05). The level of HOP in the SC, TH and TB groups was lower than the BC group at the 5th week (P < 0.05); There was no significant difference in HOP levels between the two groups (P > 0.05) but lower than those in SC and BC groups (P <0.05); HOP levels in SC, BC, TH, and TB groups showed an increasing trend at any time. There was a statistically significant difference in the adjacent phase between the SC and BC groups (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the adjacent phases of the TH and TB groups (P > 0.05). The weekly HOP increase was statistically significant compared with the third week (P < 0.05). Conclusion Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction and Tongqiao Liquid can inhibit the increase of HOP content in scar tissue and reduce the formation of epidural scar tissue in model rabbits.
