选用水-乙醇体系代替水体系测定土壤水稳性团聚体数量。通过实验选择出20%~30%的乙醇溶液为适宜浓度范围,采用团粒百分率,团粒累积频率分布曲线,平均重量直径和大于0.25mm团聚体总量等指标,对不同有机质含量的4个土样的湿筛分析结果进行比较,以现行水筛法为对照。结果表明水-乙醇体系较水筛法能大大增加水稳性团粒数量,增加团聚体稳定性。土壤有机质含量与团聚体的平均重量直径及>0.25mm团粒总量也有显著的相关性。
Water - ethanol system was used instead of water system to determine soil water stable aggregates. Through experiment, 20% ~ 30% ethanol solution was chosen as the suitable concentration range. Using the percentage of aggregate, the cumulative frequency distribution of aggregate, the average weight diameter and the total amount of aggregates larger than 0.25mm, The wet sieve analysis results were compared to the current sieve method as a control. The results showed that the water-ethanol system can greatly increase the number of water-stable pellets and increase the stability of aggregates compared with the water sieve method. There was also a significant correlation between the content of soil organic matter and the average weight of aggregates and the total amount of aggregates> 0.25mm.
