IL-6、TNF-α与BM I、WHR、FFA、TC、FINS、UA均呈正相关,BM I、FINS作为独立因素影响IL-6、TNF-α的水平。
Objective To investigate the relationship between chronic inflammatory factors and macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetes with hypertension. Methods A total of 131 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into 4 groups. The levels of cytokines in each group of patients with diabetes complicated with hypertension and macrovascular complications were compared. Results The levels of CRP, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and PAI-1 in the normal control group were significantly lower than those in the four diabetic groups. The levels of CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and PAI-1 in diabetic patients with macrovascular disease were significantly higher than those without diabetic macroangiopathy (P <0.05). The levels of IL-6 and TNF- α level was significantly higher than diabetic patients with macrovascular complications (P <0.05). The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were positively correlated with BM I, WHR, FFA, TC, FINS and UA, and BM I and FINS as independent factors. Conclusion IL-6 and TNF-α may play a role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension.
