现代遗传改造技术包括转基因技术、同源重组技术及人工核酸内切酶技术等,现代遗传改造技术得到了快速改进并应用于疾病动物模型制作,其所构建的疾病动物模型能从根本上再现疾病发生和发展的过程,能为疾病发病机理的研究和新药研发提供重现性好且真实可靠的在体试验数据。以CRISPR/Cas9为代表的人工核酸内切酶技术解决了构建疾病动物模型的技术障碍,利用遗传改造技术构建的疾病动物模型有望在今后的医药学研究中发挥重要作用。
