高性能混凝土是现代科技发展的丰硕成果,在常规材料制作的基础上实现了性能的大幅度提高。现代高层建筑工程中高性能混凝土的制作一般使用材料性能一般的普通材料,加上先进的生产方法,使之具备更高的材料性能。高性能混凝土一般采用较小水胶比,掺加一定数量的矿物原料和外加剂,具有高耐久性、高工作性能和高体积稳定性的混凝土。本文简要分析了高层建筑混凝土产生裂缝的主要原因,根据前人经验提出预防混凝土裂缝措施,对于改善高层建筑混凝土整体性能具有重要意义。
High-performance concrete is a fruitful achievement in the development of modern science and technology, which has greatly improved its performance based on conventional materials. The production of high-performance concrete in modern high-rise building works generally uses ordinary materials with ordinary material properties, and advanced production methods to make it have higher material properties. High-performance concrete generally uses a smaller water-cement ratio, mixed with a certain amount of mineral raw materials and additives, with high durability, high workability and high volume stability of concrete. This article briefly analyzes the main causes of cracks in high-rise building concrete, and puts forward measures to prevent concrete cracks based on the experience of previous people. It is of great significance for improving the overall performance of high-rise building concrete.
