浙江高科技企业虚拟型学习团队绩效水平的调查研究

虚拟型学习团队是高科技企业实行虚拟经营、增强竞争力的有效模式。本文通过对浙江32家高科技企业内虚拟型学习团队调查数据的统计分析,发现学习型团队的文化对团队绩效有显著影响,任务倾向角色有助于提高团队绩效,高绩效虚拟型学习团队表现出持续性沟通、清晰的目标、持续性绩效反馈等特征。最后,本文针对提高浙江高科技企业绩效水平提出合理化建议。 Virtual learning team is an effective mode for high-tech enterprises to implement virtual management and enhance their competitiveness. Through the statistical analysis of survey data of virtual learning team in 32 hi-tech enterprises in Zhejiang province, we find that the culture of learning team has a significant impact on team performance. The role of task-orientation helps to improve team performance. The performance of high-performance virtual learning team Outstanding communication, clear goals, continuous performance feedback and other characteristics. Finally, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for improving the performance of Zhejiang high-tech enterprises.
