吕贝尔是法国“马克思学”研究的创始人和奠基者,他所代表的文献考据式的“马克思学”研究,在方法论、研究主题等角度影响了法国“马克思学”政治研究。而在21世纪的法国学界,米格·阿本舒、路易·雅诺威等当年和吕贝尔合作研究“马克思学”的学者,在沉默了十多年之后出版的《吕贝尔:为了重新发现马克思》,不仅回顾了吕贝尔为“马克思学”研究所作出的历史贡献,并且以此为契机,重新阐释了马克思政治思想中的乌托邦维度,提出了“马克思学”政治思想研究的“乌托邦”范式。这其实是阿本舒和雅诺威继吕贝尔之后,为回应资本主义全球化统治下革命低迷的现状,为法国“马克思学”研究带来的新的动向。
