随着《关于推动国有文化企业把社会效益放在首位、实现社会效益和经济效益相统一的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)的深入落实,之前重经济效益、轻社会效益的指标考核办法将逐步退出出版社管理机制,“软指标”将成为过去。2016年以来,一些出版社积极落实《意见》精神,转而尝试建立一种更为全面、系统、理性的“硬指标”考核体系。关于“硬指标”考核体系的建立,出版产业链中不同环节的企业有着不同的侧重点。本刊邀请了出版发行领域践行者以及出版发行专业院系的学科带头人,共同探讨把社会效益放在首位的评价考核制度的建立与实施。专家排名以姓氏拼音为序。
