道路服务水平评价作为高速公路项目后评价的一种,能为高速公路项目后期管理提供科学依据。采用灰色定权聚类法,以密度、速度、V/C、最大服务交通量为评价指标,以《公路工程技术标准》中高速公路服务水平分级标准为评价标准,将服务水平分为四个等级,完成了高速公路基本路段服务水平的评价,并在最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。为了使评价结果较为客观,选取的四个指标均易于观测、不受主观影响。采用对各指标事先赋权的方法来解决对指标数据无量纲化带来的弊端。
