多能造血于细胞移植,能使接受超致死量放疗或化疗的患者恢复正常造血。当采用自身骨髓作为干细胞的来源时,排斥反应和移植物抗宿主反应(GVHR)等并发症可以避免,而免疫功能的再建也比同种骨髓移植更快、更完全。因此,大剂量放疗或化疗后加骨髓移植,对于用常规剂量治疗无效的恶性肿瘤,将是一个有希望的冶疗途径。以下就自身骨髓移植的一些有关问题作简略复习。

Complications such as rejection and graft versus host response (GVHR) can be avoided when using their own bone marrow as a source of stem cells, and immune function is also rebuilt faster and more completely than allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Therefore, high-dose radiotherapy or chemotherapy plus bone marrow transplantation, for the treatment of malignant tumors with conventional dose ineffective, will be a promising approach to the treatment. Following a brief review of some of the problems related to their own bone marrow transplantation.
