将选厂尾砂、炉渣、水泥和水按不同比例制成试块,测试其7天、28天和90天龄期的单轴抗压强度,根据抗压强度值判断在胶结充填中用工业炉渣替代水泥的可行性。试验结果表明,当炉渣替代水泥量超过30%时,试块的各龄期单轴抗压强度随着炉渣量的增加而提高,并且,炉渣掺量越高,对试块的后期强度更为有利。用炉渣替代70%水泥的试块7天、28天和90天龄期单轴抗压强度比不掺炉渣同龄期单轴抗压强度分别提高20.7%、88.6%和82.0%。
The tailings, slag, cement and water of the plant were made into test blocks in different proportions to test their uniaxial compressive strength at 7 days, 28 days and 90 days.
