针对压缩机组空冷器风扇轴断裂事件,根据断裂截面特征及磁粉探伤结果,从风扇轴结构设计、加工、安装等方面入手,得出传动轴轴径设计不符合国标要求;过渡圆角加工不合理;平面叶片结构,增大转动惯量,易造成剪切破坏等原因。加强设备配件选型管理,认真执行国家、行业标准,确保现场装配质量及精度,强化设备状态监测,定期对重点部位进行探伤检测,是确保其安全平稳运行的关键。
