【目的】研究狸胆喉宝的抑菌抗炎作用。【方法】采用体外抑菌实验观察狸胆喉宝的抑菌作用 ;用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法观察狸胆喉宝的抗炎作用。【结果】猩胆喉宝对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌、肺炎链球菌、白色念珠菌具有抑菌作用 ;对急性、慢性炎症模型均有明显的抑制作用。【结论】狸胆喉宝具有抑菌抗炎作用。
【Objective】 To study the bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory effects of Tandanbaobao. 【Methods】 Inhibitory effect of Tandanbaobao was observed by in vitro antibacterial experiment; Xanthene-induced mouse ear swelling method, rat egg white paw edema method, and rat cotton granuloma method The anti-inflammatory effect. [Results] Chibiao-throbotage had antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Candida albicans; it had significant inhibitory effects on acute and chronic inflammation models. . 【Conclusion】Rabbit and throat throat has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
