高功率端面抽运Nd:YVO_4固体激光器模匹配的研究

研究了端面抽运NdYVO4固体激光器激光晶体内基模半径与抽运光斑半径的匹配。晶体的Nd掺杂原子数分数分别为0.5%和2%,抽运功率分别为10W和14W。结果表明:TEM00模输出功率对于wlwpa在低于1的很大范围内的变化不敏感,不存在一个确定的最佳wlwpa值;在相对很小的wlwpa情形,仍可获得高效单一的TEM00模输出,在这种情况下热透镜球差具有限模孔径的作用。 The matching of the fundamental mode radius and the pumping spot radius in the end-pumped NdYVO4 laser was studied. The Nd doping atomic number of the crystal is 0.5% and 2% respectively, and the pumping power is 10W and 14W respectively. The results show that the TEM00 mode output power is insensitive to the wide variation of wlwpa below 1, and there is no certain optimal wlwpa value. In the case of relatively small wlwpa, a highly efficient single TEM00 mode output can still be obtained In this case, the thermal lens spherical aberration has the effect of limiting the aperture.
