目的探讨HPLC测定蛇莓中齐墩果酸含量的方法。方法采用Thermo ODS-2HYPERTIL C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:0.065 moL/L NaH2PO4溶液-甲醇(14∶86);检测波长:210 nm;流速:0.8 mL/min。结果齐墩果酸在0.19~2.16μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.998 2);平均回收率为98.6%,RSD(n=9)为1.68%。结论此法简单、准确、可靠,可以作为评价蛇莓质量的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid in snakeberry. Methods The column was Thermo ODS-2HYPERTIL C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.065 mol / L NaH2PO4 solution and methanol (14:86). The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 mL / min. Results The oleanolic acid showed a good linearity (r = 0.998 2) in the range of 0.19-2.16 μg with an average recovery of 98.6% and RSD (n = 9) of 1.68%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used as an effective method to evaluate the quality of snakeberry.
