以转基因大豆(RRS品系)为材料,采用PCR技术,通过特异性引物和探针,对转基因大豆中的内源性基因Lectin和外源基因35S启动子、NOS终止子及CP4-EPSPS进行定性检测,旨在建立一种简单、快速、高效的检测方法,并将该方法用于我国进口自美国大豆实施检测,以评判是否为转基因大豆,为我国的商业谈判提供依据,同时也可满足百姓的知情权。
