江苏省人民政府、南京市人民政府、南京经济技术开发区:根据国办转发商务部、国土资源部、建设部《关予促进国家级经济技术开发区进一步提高发展水平的若干意见》(国办发[2005]15号)的文件精神和商务部委托审核管理外商投资企业的规定,商务部已完成各国家级经济技术开发区的管理体制和外资审批联网系统的备案审核工作。现将有关事项通知如下:

The Ministry of Commerce has completed the filing and review of the management systems of the national-level economic and technological development zones and the online approval system for foreign investment approval.
