采用熔核剥离实验研究汽车用纯锌镀层(GI)钢板和锌铁合金镀层(GA)钢板的电焊可焊性工艺,选取适当参数研究两种镀层对电极磨损的影响规律,并观察磨损后电极帽断面的微观组织。结果表明,同一焊接条件下,GA钢板电焊工艺窗口比GI宽约33%。两钢板混搭,其点焊工艺窗口介于两钢板左右边界之间,且更接近于GI钢板边界。相同磨损条件下,GI钢板要比GA钢板磨损程度快约40%。
