企业开展网络思想政治教育是企业思想政治教育与时俱进的需要,是提高企业思想政治教育实效性的需要,是创新企业文化提高企业凝聚力的需要。当前,企业网络思想政治教育存在着教育过程中网络特点优势尚未彰显出来、企业网络思想政治教育队伍素质亟待提高和企业网络思想政治教育的内容缺乏系统性等问题。为此,需要不断提高企业对网络思想政治教育的认识,加大企业网络思想政治教育人员的管理和培养,不断拓展网络思想政治教育的内容与形式。
The ideological and political education in the network is the need of enterprise’s ideological and political education advancing with the times, the need of improving the actual effect of ideological and political education in enterprises, and the need of innovating the corporate culture and enhancing the corporate cohesion. At present, the ideological and political education in enterprises has the advantage of network features in the process of education yet to be demonstrated. The quality of the ideological and political education team in enterprises needs to be improved urgently and the content of ideological and political education in corporate networks lacks systemic issues. To this end, we need to constantly improve our understanding of network ideological and political education, increase the management and training of network ideological and political education personnel, and constantly expand the contents and forms of network ideological and political education.
