实验研究了亚波长十字形金属阵列结构在太赫兹(THz)波段的透射特性。研究表明,在保持十字形金属阵列结构尺度不变的前提下,改变太赫兹波的偏振方向时,其太赫兹透射谱具有无偏窄带滤波特性。大部分太赫兹波可以通过该结构继续传播,仅有很窄带的太赫兹波衰减到极低值,因而产生窄带限波效果。当改变太赫兹波的偏振角度时,透射凹陷所在的频率位置几乎不发生改变,证明该结构在太赫兹波段是一种很好的透射式无偏窄带器件。
The transmission characteristics of the sub-wavelength cross-shaped metal array structure in the terahertz (THz) band were investigated experimentally. The research shows that the terahertz transmission spectrum has the characteristic of unbiased narrowband filter while changing the polarization direction of terahertz wave while keeping the size of the cross metal array unchanged. Most terahertz waves can continue to propagate through this structure, and only a very narrow-band terahertz wave decays to a very low value, resulting in a narrow-band limiting wave effect. When the polarization angle of the terahertz wave is changed, the position of the transmission concave is almost unchanged, which proves that the structure is a good transmissive unbiased band device in the terahertz band.
