在思想品德学科教师在校本课程开发过程中存在的主要问题体现在相当数量的思想品德课教师没能转换角色;缺乏理论与技能的准备;缺少参与校本课程开发的动力问题。在具体实施校本课程开发中,思想品德课教师应注意问题包括:怎样搞好对学生兴趣与需要的了解和评估问题;课程资料的选择与编辑问题;怎样以创新的方式进行课程的实施问题和怎样选择恰当的课程评价方式问题。
The main problems in the process of school-based curriculum development of ideological and moral teachers lie in the fact that a considerable number of teachers of ideological and moral classes can not change their roles, lack of preparation for theory and skills, and lack of motivation to participate in school-based curriculum development. In the concrete implementation of school-based curriculum development, ideological and moral teachers should pay attention to the problems include: how to improve students’ interest and need to understand and assess issues; curriculum materials selection and editing issues; how innovative ways to implement the curriculum and How to choose the appropriate course evaluation method.
