目的:为突破传统的教学模式,提高临床护理教学质量,在学校成人护理班内科护理学教学中实施PBL教学法。方法:以六个步骤组织教学全过程,并以某些章节为例,通过实验班与对照班统一命题考核成绩比较。结果:两班考核成绩具有统计学意义(t=8.73,P<0.01)。PBL教学法对提高成人护理内科护理学的教学质量确有实效,受到护生的欢迎。
Objective: In order to break through the traditional teaching mode and improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching, the PBL teaching method should be implemented in the teaching of Nursing Nursing in the school adult nursing class. Methods: The whole process of teaching was organized in six steps. Taking some chapters as an example, the results of the unified proposition examination were compared by the experimental class and the control class. Results: The results of two examinations were statistically significant (t = 8.73, P <0.01). PBL pedagogy to improve the quality of adult nursing teaching in nursing is effective, welcomed by nursing students.
