全球化是当今社会总体态势。但是在这种全球相互交融的大环境下,本来就寄生在人类社会活动中的犯罪,也在高度发达的社会交流和发展过程中不断蔓延。涉外犯罪作为犯罪的一种,也卷着全球化的大潮席卷了全球,给全球的发展造成了重大的损失。为了让大众更好的认识涉外犯罪,本文试图从概况入手对涉外犯罪进行较为全面的的探讨,以期能对这一新型犯罪问题向研究有所帮助。
Globalization is the general trend in our society today. However, in this global environment of mutual integration, the crimes that have always been parasitic in human social activities have also been constantly spreading in the process of highly developed social exchanges and development. As a kind of crime, foreign-related crimes also swept the globe with the tide of globalization, which caused heavy losses to the global development. In order to let the public better understand the crimes committed by foreigners, this paper attempts to start with a general overview of the foreign crimes a more comprehensive discussion, with a view to this new type of crime to help research.
