研制一种手推式钢轨平直度测量仪,可实现对双轨顶面连续快速的检测,并介绍其主要结构与测量原理。测量仪采用三点弦测法与机械滤波相结合的形式,测量钢轨各种不平顺波形,通过数学算法计算处理,得到被测钢轨真实平直度数据,其结果以图表方式展现。通过实验室与现场的试验,验证测量仪检测效率高,测量结果稳定准确。
The development of a hand-push rail flatness measuring instrument, which can achieve continuous rapid detection of the top of the double rail, and introduces its main structure and measurement principle. The measuring instrument adopts the combination of three-point chord method and mechanical filtering to measure various irregular waveforms of the rail, and calculates and processes the real straightness of the rail under test by mathematical algorithm. The result is shown graphically. Through laboratory and field tests, verify the high efficiency of measuring instrument, the measurement results are stable and accurate.
