少数民族贫困地区经济发展的情况关系整个国民经济的未来的发展和走势,而发展经济必然不能以破坏生态为代价来实现经济增长。构建少数民族贫困地区经济增长与生态保护协调要解决具有交通便捷程度低,经济总量低和旅游资源利用不充分等矛盾,应从在群众中树立低碳经济的观念,调整产业结构、发展其他产业,引进人才力求科技创新并且大力发展当地的旅游业等方面入手,力求实现经济增长与生态保护和谐发展。
