目的研究黑草Buchnera cruciata的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱和重结晶方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从黑草中共分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为芹菜素(1)、木犀草素(2)、香叶木素(3)、β-胡萝卜苷(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、甘露醇(6)、正二十七烷醇(7)、植醇(8)、二十九烷(9)、棕榈酸(10)、2-十八碳烯酸(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Buchnera cruciata. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from black grass and identified as apigenin (1), luteolin (2), geraniol (3), β-daucosterol (4) Mannitol (6), n-heptacosanol (7), phytol (8), nonacosane (9), palmitic acid (10) and 2-octadecenoic acid (11). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
