为了保证起重机力矩限制器能够安全地工作,必须定期对其进行校准。校准内容主要包括3项:一是主臂仰角、吊臂伸出长度显示值校准,二是工作半径和起重质量校准,三是力矩零位校准和力矩量程校准。其中力矩零位和力矩量程校准最为重要也最为麻烦。本文以多田野TG-500E型起重机采用的AML-US型力矩限制器为例,阐述力矩零位校准和力矩量程校准方法。
In order to ensure that the crane torque limiter can work safely, it must be calibrated regularly.
