目的通过不同转归胎膜早破孕妇的临床分析,寻找行之有效的护理干预方法。方法将急诊科2010年9～12月间收住院的425例不同转归胎膜早破孕妇进行临床跟踪,并对护理干预效果进行分析比较。结果观察护理干预对不同转归胎膜早破孕妇的效果并分析。结论对不同转归胎膜早破孕妇针对性的护理干预,有助于改进临床效果,提高产科护理质量。
Objective To find out an effective nursing intervention through different clinical outcomes of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods A total of 425 pregnant women with different types of premature rupture of membranes who were admitted to the emergency department from September to December in 2010 were followed up. The nursing interventions were analyzed and compared. Results The effect of nursing intervention on different pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes was observed and analyzed. Conclusion Different nursing interventions for pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes may help to improve the clinical effect and improve the quality of obstetric care.
