目的:研究芩术四物汤中单体化合物没食子酸、黄芩苷的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法:采用热板法、醋酸扭体法、甲醛致痛法观察68.6、34.3、17.2 mg/kg没食子酸与120、60、30 mg/kg黄芩苷对小鼠的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯所致炎症模型、棉球肉芽肿实验观察68.6、34.3、17.2 mg/kg没食子酸与120、60、30 mg/kg黄芩苷对小鼠的抗炎作用。结果:68.6、34.3 mg/kg没食子酸与120、60 mg/kg黄芩苷对醋酸致小鼠疼痛反应有明显抑制作用(P<0.01或P<0.05);68.6、34.3、17.2 mg/kg没食子酸与120 mg/kg黄芩苷对甲醛致小鼠疼痛反应有明显抑制作用(P<0.01或P<0.05);68.6、34.3、17.2 mg/kg没食子酸与120、60、30 mg/kg黄芩苷能明显减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.05);68.6 mg/kg没食子酸与120、60 mg/kg黄芩苷能明显减轻模型小鼠棉球肉芽肿干质量(P<0.05)。结论:芩术四物汤的单体化合物没食子酸、黄芩苷具有一定的镇痛和抗炎作用,这可能与临床验方芩术四物汤治疗痛经的作用密切相关,值得进一步研究。
Objective: To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of monomeric compounds gallic acid and baicalin in Qinshu Siwu Decoction. Methods: The analgesic effects of 68.6, 34.3, 17.2 mg / kg gallic acid and 120, 60, 30 mg / kg baicalin on mice were observed by hot plate method, acetic acid writhing method and formaldehyde induced pain method. Induced inflammation model and cotton ball granuloma experiment to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of 68.6,34.3,17.2 mg / kg gallic acid and 120,60,30 mg / kg baicalin on mice. Results: The inhibitory effects of 68.6,34.3 mg / kg gallic acid and 120,60 mg / kg baicalin on the pain response of mice induced by acetic acid were significantly inhibited (P <0.01 or P <0.05); 68.6,34.3 and 17.2 mg / kg gallic acid (P <0.01 or P <0.05), while those of baicalin with 120 mg / kg and baicalin at 120 mg / kg significantly inhibited the pain response of mice induced by formaldehyde (P <0.01 or P <0.05) (P <0.05); 68.6 mg / kg gallic acid and 120, 60 mg / kg baicalin can obviously reduce the dry mass of cotton granuloma in mice (P <0.05). Conclusion: The monomer compound gallic acid and baicalin of Qinzhusiwu Decoction have certain analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, which may be closely related with the clinical effect of prescription Qinqin Siwu Decoction in treating dysmenorrhoea, which deserves further study.
