以山东省广泛栽培的马铃薯品种为材料 ,对影响马铃薯叶圆片植株再生的各种因素进行了探讨。研究发现 :在诱导分化培养基中附加 4mg/LAgNO3 可使鲁马一号叶圆片再生率由对照的 40 %提高到 81 % ,培养基中加入 0 2mg/L的ABA也能提高植株再生频率 ,但影响幅度不大 ,且高浓度ABA (>1mg/L)抑制再生。不同品种 (基因型 )、不同苗龄以及外植体类型都会不同程度地影响马铃薯叶圆片外植体的再生
In this paper, the widely cultivated potato varieties in Shandong Province were used as materials to investigate the various factors affecting the regeneration of potato leaf discs. The results showed that the addition of 4mg / LAgNO3 to the differentiation medium could increase the leaf regeneration rate of Luma No.1 from 40% to 81% of the control, and the addition of 0 2mg / L ABA to the medium could increase the plant regeneration frequency , But the impact is not large, and high concentrations of ABA (> 1mg / L) inhibition of regeneration.
