根据大功率、隔爆等特点,提出了用强制风冷方式解决大功率隔爆型变频调速装置的散热问题,应用Icepak软件对散热系统进行了仿真计算,以求设计最优的散热系统结构,此设计成功应用于立达股份某项目。
According to the characteristics of high power and flameproof, the paper puts forward the method of forced air cooling to solve the heat dissipation problem of high power explosion-proof VVVF device. The software of Icepak is used to simulate the cooling system in order to find the optimal cooling system structure This design was successfully applied to a project in Rieter.
