工会干部必知——两个坚持两个灵活两个坚持:所有企业都有劳动关系问题。工会要坚持把调整劳动关系作为工作重点,坚持把平等协商和签订集体合同作为调整企业劳动关系的主要手段。两个灵活:所有企业都要建立平等协商和集体合同制度,生产经营状况好的企业需要这样做,生产经营状况不好的企业更需要这样做,只是企业生产经营状况不同,集体合同的重点、内容等可以灵活和有所不同。所有企业都要执行《劳动法》规定的劳动标准,只是企业生产经营状况不同,集体合同确定的具体标准等也可以灵活和有所不同。(尉健行同志在全总十三届二次主席团会议上的讲话摘录)
Trade union cadres must know - two adhere to two flexible two insisted: all enterprises have labor relations issues.
