本文利用耳动态分析仪ILO-92对35名听力正常人进行了DPOAE、TEOAE和SOAE检查,结果发现DPOAE反应在2f1-f2处最大,其幅值随两个初始刺激音强度的增加而升高,检测阈值在20~40dBSPL之间,而反应潜伏期则随刺激频率升高而缩短;平均DPOAE图中有两个反应峰分别位于1.4kHz和5.6kHz附近。由80±1dBSPL短声诱发的TEOAE检出率为100%,平均幅值为10.10±3.93dBSPL(±SD);另外,约有49%的受试者具有SOAE反应,频率范围在0.5~6kHz之间,幅值范围为—28~6dBSPL;对上述有关参量进行统计学分析,发现三种OAEs之间存在一定的相关性。
In this study, we detected DPOAE, TEOAE and SOAE in 35 audiologically normal subjects using the ear dynamic analyzer ILO-92. The results showed that the DPOAE reaction was the largest at 2f1-f2 and its amplitude increased with the increase of two initial stimuli , And the detection threshold was between 20-40 dBSPL, while the latency of reaction was shortened with the increase of stimulation frequency. Two peaks in the average DPOAE plot were located at 1.4 kHz and 5.6 kHz, respectively. The detection rate of TEOAE induced by 80 ± 1 dB SPL was 100% and the average amplitude was 10.10 ± 3.93 dB SPL (± SD). In addition, about 49% of the subjects had SOAE reaction in the frequency range of 0 .5 ~ 6kHz amplitude range of -28 ~ 6dBSPL; the above parameters were statistically analyzed and found that there is some correlation between the three OAEs.
