目的:探讨补康灵对辐射损伤小鼠造血功能的影响。方法:50只小鼠被随机分为5组:正常对照组、辐射对照组、补康灵低、中、高剂量组。实验组小鼠在60Coγ射线4 Gy照射后,补康灵组分别灌胃9,18,36 g.kg-1,其余2组给予生理盐水,连续给药10 d,照射后第5,10天检测血象。10 d后处死小鼠,观察补康灵对骨髓DNA含量、骨髓有核细胞数、脾结节的影响。结果:60Coγ射线照射后小鼠外周白细胞、血小板数减少,补康灵给药后,中、高剂量组小鼠外周白细胞、血小板数升高,中、高剂量组骨髓DNA含量吸光度(A)为(1.05±0.27),(1.22±0.26);骨髓有核细胞数为(5.12±1.22),(6.01±1.35)×106/L,脾结节(7.67±1.56),(8.52±2.12)个,均比辐射对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:补康灵照射后给药能促进辐射损伤小鼠造血功能的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Bukangling on the hematopoietic function of radiation-injured mice. Methods: Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, radiation control group and Bukangling low, medium and high dose groups. The mice in the experimental group were treated with 4 Gy of 60Co γ-ray and the rats in Bukangling group were treated with 9, 18, and 36 g · kg-1 respectively. The other two groups were given normal saline for 10 days, Blood test. After 10 days, the mice were sacrificed to observe the effect of Bukangling on bone marrow DNA content, number of bone marrow nucleated cells and spleen nodules. Results: The numbers of white blood cells and platelets in the peripheral blood of mice after 60Co γ-rays irradiation were decreased. The numbers of white blood cells and platelets in the medium and high dose groups increased after administration of Bukangling, while the absorbance (A) (1.05 ± 0.27) and (1.22 ± 0.26) respectively. The number of nucleated cells in bone marrow was (5.12 ± 1.22), (6.01 ± 1.35) × 106 / L, 7.67 ± 1.56 and 8.52 ± 2.12 in spleen, Compared with the radiation control group was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bukangling irradiation can promote the recovery of hematopoietic function in irradiated mice.
